Unable to crouch while using Urban Invasion or in Terror radius

If I use Urban Invasion, the crouch opion is completely disabled as a survivor. Same as when I'm in the terror radius of the killer. However, without that perk and outside the radius it still takes half a second to work at all.
I thought it might've been the button but it works on every other game I've tried.
