Downed survivors unable to be picked up

The gameplay is with Trapper, but I also experienced the exact same thing with Executioner so I'm pretty sure it's not killer-specific. As you can see in the video, the survivor is completely unable to be picked up regardless of which direction or angle I try. I'm assuming it's related to the survivor being near a wall, as this also happened with Executioner as well. Very annoying, please address!
