Pinhead DCs and Unbreakable Pallets

I've played a total of about 5 games with Pinhead and only 1 of the 5, I was able to play fully through. I'm a PC player and I'm not sure what's causing the DCs.
Additional Info
- Pinhead
- Issue: Connection to Map lost.
- Perks: Oppression, Deadlock, Eruption, Sloppy Butcher
- Maps: Swamp, Lery's, Cornfield, The Game
- Possibly occurring when the teleport animation is occurring
Other Issues
- Pallets become unbreakable if Pinhead is in front of a pallet and survivor throws it down
- Possibly occurring when the teleport animation is happening at the same time a survivor is throwing down a pallet
