Stuttering and Clipping

I'm playing on PC and since the Pinhead release, I'm having terrible stuttering issues as both survivor and killer. It's especially apparent during chases where I'll suddenly skate or drift in another direction as I'm moving and clip against objects.
I've tried dialing my settings down to low and turning off crossplay, and while it slightly reduces the frequency of the stuttering, it's still bad. I also tried verifying my files and it hasn't fixed the issue. My FPS is still a consistent 60 and I'm not having problems with latency, so I don't think it's an issue on my end.
