Hellraiser Disconnect

I have played against the Hellraiser three times today and all three of times the match and ends with the killer getting disconnected. This last match we didn't even get the game started before the disconnect happened and not only did it say the killer disconnected but it a) said I escaped, b) gave me BP but doesn't show any BP for the other players and shows that they're still in the match and c) it made me wait 3 mins before I could get back into a match even though I wasn't the player that disconnected.
Please fix your game because it seems to only get more and more frustrating.
