Map Offerings doesnt work

i played twice against survivours that bring offering and i never got map that they chose.
I got:
The Game Offering = Temple of Purgation
RPD Badge = Gas Heaven

Map offerings rise the chanses of sending you to that map, its not certen that it will.
As for the RPD Map, it has been temporarily disabled on patch 5.2.0
