Playstation (PS5) Trophy Adept Cenobite not given after completion

Title.
After getting 4 iridescent emblems (merciless killer) at rank 1 (iridescent 1) killing all 4 survivors with the Cenobite using only his three teachables, I was not given the trophy. Proof in images.
This sucks, because adept killers at rank 1 are hard to get, as you need 4 iridescent emblems for a merciless victory… Guess I’ll wait til the issues is resolved and try again maybe after a rank reset
