Hello.

Does every grade level (Ash, Silver...) have the same difficulty to get a pip, double pip or is it like the old rank system where higher color of rank meant higher difficulty to get a pip? Hope you understand what I mean.

    From the understanding that I have on it, the pipping system has not been changed...so the requirements are the same. You just won't be able to depip down a grade (so kind of similar how it was before when you couldn't depip past a certain point).
