Nemesis zombies in Midwitch

Xbox One - Zombie getting stuck in mid air, sometimes unreachable.

Over the last week I've been playing a good deal of Nemesis and I've noticed that the zombies get stuck very often, typically against rocks throughout the maps.

However in the Silent Hill map there's a large opening that allows you to drop down next to an exit gate and zombies have been getting stuck up in the air here. I'm not sure if they are falling through the hole and landing on something that isn't there or if they spawn this way but they'll be suspended in the air standing on pipes that run along the hole. They seem unable to fall down from this spot on there own. One of the times the zombie stood infront of the hole up in the air blocking myself and survivors from going through the hole. On these occasions I was able to strike the zombie and force it to respawn but there was a few occurrences where the zombie stood suspended up in the corner of the room next to the hole. I was not able to reach them with a basic attack or his tentacle strike, effectively only giving me one zombie for the remainder of the trial.

I already feel that there should be an add on to increase the number of zombies to 3 because on large maps they don't effectively do much, especially when they constantly get stuck against rocks. But this bug has happened the last three times I've played Midwitch in the past three days, only leaving me one zombie until I notice and go try to see if I can fix the problem.
