I don't know if this is a bug, but its ruining my experience on DBD considering bow i can't even play the game as a killer. I play casually and, so im a bronze ranked killer and im being paired with red rank super sweats. Im not enjoying the game and its really obvious that SBMM is not working at all. Its clear that im not even good enough to play against these sweats currently if i tried or not. Its clear that now my experience is being harmed and my enjoyment is also being harmed through this experience or "test" or whatever the excuse may be, but if possible, id like a total refund on all the characters and payments i made to this game, if which I'll provide receipts considering now this game is borderline unplayable if im being paired with sweats way above my skill level. Its unenjoyable, not fun, the experience is rather ruined by it and I'd like to get some compensation because this is no longer the game I use to enjoy playing.

    Dude, the emblem and rank has nothing to do with MMR.

    The matchmaking is not visible nor your MMR value and they don't give ionfo about how it works, but ranks are detached from it now.
