Haddonfield can't pick the survivor up

I just play a game on Haddonfield, if i down a survivor between the withe fence close to house, i cant pick him up.
i did rec the game so theres a footage of the bug happening twice in the same game.
Apparently survivor don't need to have their head in the fence for that bug to occure.
