Unable to Vault Pallet

Behind the main building I couldn't vault the pallet several times and didn't get the vault button prompt.
I was later able to vault it from the other side, but I didn't get the chance to try if vaulting would work later from the side in the video.

Probably it is the same kind of bug as this unbreakable pallet on 'The Game'. Appeared with the disabled reverse stun.
