I just had an idea for a licensed character chapter

This is gonna sound weird, but hear me out.

Leslie Vernon, if that name sounds familiar to you it's because from a movie called "Behind the Mask: Leslie Vernon."

So, without spoiling anything for people who have not watched it, it's about a journalist who's interviewing man who's trying to become an inspiring serial killer like Michael Myers, Freddy, Jason (forgot to mention, in that movie these killers actually exist and they're famous.)

They sabotage their killing grounds, tree branches, blocking windows, hiding in specific areas to ambush, stuff like that.

I know they wouldn't be too well known or popular, but I think it would be neat to have a killer who can go into very specific types of planning, similar to Trapper or Freddy but more integrate.

As a decent example, let's use a couple of traps I was thinking off the top of my head, "sound trap" and "pouch of nails"

So to get sound trap to work you'd need to put it on a gen and when a survivor starts working on it they would be hit with a random extremely difficult skill check, it won't pop up right away but would instead lie dormant until a random skill check becomes converted into this trap, when they fail the survivor(s) who are all near the gen will become oblivious for 60 seconds and it would also create a loud noise notification. (It would not cause the generator to regress a certain percentage for failing, the moment they fail it would boot them off like Eruption, but not nearly as long)

(I was also thinking of actually making it the deaf status effect that the Hag's ear addon offers as well. That way it would be more devastating if you managed to fail it)

The other addon would be a pouch of nails which is similar to Trickster's throwing knives in terms of it adding up until you lose a health state. You would plant this by a window and when a survivor constantly steps on it and builds it a meter by their icon they'll lose a health state, but that's it. They cannot go down from this sub power, what would happen from continuous steppings after they lose a health state would be that they suffer from the deep wounds status with a much faster progression than the original progression from losing a health state.

So, I do want it to counter strong loops, but not to the point where it's practically a middle finger to the survivors who are trying their best to survivor without getting forked over too hard, do you know what I mean?

I do want another trap killer who's powers is more intoned with the survivor's objectives so you'll have more of a chance for your power of activating and causing panic while you put on pressure. Now, I feel like this character shouldn't have an addon that does "do this, be exposed." Since he's a trap based killer it would either be "it will work all the time and be a problem for a survivor, or they activate it and you're on the other side of the map which won't allow you to have access to this benefit."
