Territorial Oversight
Unlocks potential in one’s Aura-reading ability.
Each time the Survivors hit a good or great skill check their aura are revealed to you for 1/2/3 seconds when they are farther than 72/64/56 metres away from you.
Failed skill checks reveal the Survivor’s aura to you for 2/4/6 seconds anywhere.
• Affects 1 survivor when 1 generator is complete
• Affects 2 survivors when 2 generators are complete
• Affects 3 survivors when 3 generators are complete
• Affects all survivors when 4 generators are complete
Deadly Roulette
After a Hex Totem is cleansed, any Dull Totem to be cleansed has 20%/30%/40% chance to reactivate any remaining Dull Totem as a Hex Totem that has already been deactivated.
Spawns 1/2/3 aditional Dull Totems on the map.
Silent Approach
When a Survivor is rescued from a Hook, your Terror Radius is decreased by 8/10/12 metres for 4/5/6 seconds.

I would change Deadly Roulette.
Chance based perks are not that good and it seems like a lazy approach to a perk. How about this instead:
After a dull totem is cleansed, All hex totems take on the appearance of dull totems for 140 seconds. Adds 0/1/2 additional totems to the map.0 -
