Survivors do not move their head up or down with the camera movement

Description: As survivor, you can only nod your head while standing still. If you are moving (walking or running) your character's head will not follow your camera's vertical movements, the survivor's head will just be looking forward. The same for when you are crouched, you cannot make your survivor's head look up or down, it's fixed in position.
This is a feature that used to be in the game before patch 4.5.0.
