Xbox series x- Xbox shuts completely off since pinhead release

Ever since the pinhead update my game has been completely unplayable.
Everything I get to the main menu, as soon as the daily ritual pop-up shows up, my Xbox shuts completely down. When I turn it back on, it says its overheating.
I can sit on the splash screen for as long as I want, and the intro video plays fine.
This is only happening with this game, other games the require much more processing power don't even kick my fan on, yet alone overheat the xbox.
I was really hoping this patch would fix it, but zero change.
I've uninstalled the entire game, soft factory reset myXbox, and blew air through the fan. No change at all
