DC Penalties/Matchmaking Bans

I am currently banned for 24 hours after being dc'd from games consistently over the past few games. Not me dcing, but losing connection to host. There needs to be a means to handle these situations so that way I am not forced to sit out a full day long penalty cause for some reason I keep getting errors in game that are making me dc. Please, someone review, and can someone let me know if anything can be done as I am now unable to play for 24 hours as I lost connection to host.
