DC Penalties should only apply to Quit Button!
DC Penalties should not be punished Disconnection Issue such as Nasty lacks and Crashes, and bugs by the Devolper end! It should be applied to those whom used the "Quit Match" button on the pause menu too much and those whom disconnected way too many time with their lack of internet connection (they are intentionally pulling out their router in match)
And also, if possible; can those with alot of DC Penalties stacking up for a awhile, can get they be rewarded with the DC Penalty cooldown being Reset lower down; just for the simple fact they refuse to DC and be a good sport for everyone? It is kinda of annoying, to have bad internet connection at times, especially when I am wireless; and everytime the DC happens because of my game crash or something, I get penalized for 5 minutes every single time!

This might invite abuse. It'd be about the same amount of "work" to press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and terminate the process as it is to quit through the menu and I don't know if it is possible to distinguish between a crash, terminating the game in the task manager, cutting the internet, etc. from the server side.
When the game crashes to the menu, it should be able to detect that and not give a penalty.
Losing internet connection is unfortunate, but it would be abused if there was no penalty.
Ideally, the body would remain in the trail as if AFK, except for a bot hitting struggle skill checks if on hook. The disconnected survivor (or killer) could reconnect upon establishing the connection again. They would not be allowed to start a new match and only to connect back to the previous game for a set timer. But it would also allow to collect the BP and archives or maybe even survive if not sacrificed before being reconnected

Unfortunately this would be impossible and very easy to be abused...you'd have people disconnecting their internet just to avoid the DC penalty etc. That's why the system is the way it currently is.

What if.... you create a system that involves moderating thr amount of Disconnects... Say... if one Player has a recent History of Disconnected alot by the "Quit Match Button, the system will flag them for rage Quiting intentionally. Another player, has similar History of Disconnecting alot too; but this time, it is probably their internet connections instead! (Which can be either Player's having bad internet connections or exploited exploiting the system by unplugging their routers intentionally.) Surely, you have the technology, staff, and/or statistics to detect of used of the "Quit Match" button and the Disconnection History, and invest in new system to straight up target them, over Players with less Disconnection history!
Even if you can or cannot do any of this; can you at least mention to the Devs about adding a "Rank Reset" to Disconnection penalties, so that players will not have stack up Disconnection penalties overtime?
