as much as it annoys me, I think removing that would be a terrible idea. Same with Pinhead breaking his own chains.

I very much enjoy facing Pinhead. I honestly think that he's a great adversary exactly as is (I haven't played AS him yet, I'm not confident enough with the killer role to mess with the more complicated ones despite the fact that my boy Doc is listed as "hard"). I wouldn't change anything about him to be honest. It would be too oppressive for the chains, as common an element as they are in a Ceno match, to be unbreakable / unavoidable by a survivor's normal defenses.

he needs buffing im telling you and his lunge bug fixed he shouldnt break his own change because sometimes you just cant even walk round your own to avoid breaking them if chains are attached how the hell would you jump over a pallet? it shouldnt even be a thing lol

As they currently are, the chains grab onto and significantly slow survivors. That's already a huge disadvantage, especially considering that they come in near-constant volleys. If they also prevented the player from getting past pallets it would lead to unavoidable cornering and bodyblocking situations which would tilt the balance too far. At that point the chains might as well just hold the survivor in place until Pinhead strolls over for the free hit.

I can't speak for the lunge nerf, I don't have any experience with that.

You got 3 chains at you you shouldnt be able to throw a pallet btw on Pinhead there is no lore about he being nerfed as Freddy. The box just got in the realm and he do his job.

Once you play as him against competent survivors you will realise how useless the chains are.

the exact same thing I think about twins when victor is on your shoulder, NO YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO VAULT AND DROP PALLETS DURING THAT TIME.

At least attaching Victor to a survivor means you did a damage state.

Pinhead can often not only get nothing out of his chains, but even lose distances due to how quickly they can even break.

Yes. Same reason it should be possible while intoxicated and while holding victor. Deathslinger is the only exception to this rule, and he is widely hated for it.

Pinhead is just a mess. Buff his power, nerf the passive, let survivors vault. Once again, BHVR did a terrible job designing a fun and balanced killer

Yes, both should be. If you disabled all interactions, you'd be able to chain, turn your brain off no matter where they are, not have to mindgame whatsoever, and get a hit. The fact that you have to play around the pallet being droppable and having to mindgame them to slow vault keeps the chains interactive while still allowing Pinhead to get value if he plays it correctly. I would really like to not see any more turn your brain off garbage in killer design.

If you wanted to make it so survivors can't do so until they've broken one chain though, that might work. But for potentially 3 seconds? No. That sounds really boring for both sides.

Not saying he doesn't need buffs, because he definitely does, this would just be super lame lol.
