PC- BP for Altruism not being credited post-match

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as as Dwight on Crotus Penn Asylum
Step 3 : In-game, perform altruistic actions (healing, unhooking, etc.
Step 4 : Post-game note that score for altruism was 0 on the Bloodpoints Earned page
Step 5 : Examine the "Online Survivor Grade" page and noted that I was awarded an Iridescent badge for benevolence.
Additional Information:
- Dwight using perks Prove Thyself, Streetwise, Self Care and Spine Chill
- Have seen this issue before with other characters, however it is infrequent (maybe 1-2 times a month)
