We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Lost Item After Successful Escapt

Hi,
I entered the game with a flashlight and two add-ons. I successfully escaped the trial, but when I scrolled through my status screens it said I had lost the item along with the add-ons instead of just the add-ons. When I got back to the party lobby screen, my flashlight was gone. I have attached the log file for your reference.
I was playing as Claudette against the Wraith, not sure of the map.
