When Will The Adrenal Glands Jar Return From The War?

Seriously. This bug has been around for, what, almost a year? I've seen a couple of reports about it, none of them responded to. I just want my favourite charm to actually look good, man.
Basically, the jar and liquid around the Adrenal Glands charm (from the Tome II - Reckoning rift) is simply not there. It appears correctly in the menu, but in-game, all you get are some floating red chunks by your hook. Doesn't seem to matter which map or Killer you use. I know this isn't an important issue compared to all the other bugs this game has, but still - how difficult can it really be to fix?
Bring back the jar before I put the Trapper nendoroid in one
