'Reunited' blood point visual cue doesn't appear upon encountering another survivor.

Description of the issue: When encountering another survivor, the 'Reunited' blood point visual cue doesn't appear.
Steps to reproduce: Play as a survivor; encounter another survivor.
How often does this occur: It doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough to the point where it's not certain blood points have been obtained or not, and the times it does seem to work are when the two character models of the survivors are looking at each other directly face-to-face.
