Suddenly unable to wiggle while being carried by killer

As can be seen in the video I was wiggling while being carried by the killer, but after a short while the wiggle bar disappeared and the prompt to wiggle entirely disappeared as well. I tried to wiggle but I couldn't (hence my character not trying to escape), and I also couldn't get the wiggle bar to re-appear. This is a new unique bug that I have not seen before. On PS5. I also made sure to verify that this had nothing to do with my controller.
