why does this game have still aim assist?

the amount of miss attacks im doing with killer because of this stupid features is ridiclious!
"oh no baby killers get 360ed" then they need to get better.
just because some newbies suffer getting 360ed i need to suffer with miss attacks against higher caliber survivors and give them even more time to find the next safe zone or pallet
dude for the love of god remove this feature or give us the option to disable it seriously!

it has aim detection what is pretty much like a aim assist.

REEE this game has no aim assist it's called aim dressing.
On a side note noone knows why except the devs which will never tell you the reasons, because if all aim dressing makes hits look worse
