    Bubba since TWINS DLC is still bugged...

    1) Silent Chainsaw

    2) No reduced cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack

    3) Carburetor Tunning Guide also is still bugged (movement speed -40%)

    @Steel_Eyed from your experience is it silent at any specific point, is this from the point of view of the survivor or the killer - as much information as you can give would be helpful, thank you.

    Survivor POV. Was not looking at Cannibal initially but heard terror radius. Was on Grim Pantry/Swamp map running in the middle. Suddenly hit by a chainsawing cannibal.

    Did not react properly to the game since he made no noise from the chainsaw such as revving.
