Indoor rain in Coal Tower

Platform: PC (Steam).
Description: There's rain in the Coal Tower (video below, has audio of people talking).
Steps to reproduce: Unknown. Presumably, just load into Coal Tower.
How often does this occur: Unknown. I didn't see it, but my friend, who was playing as the killer and the other survivor, saw it from both perspectives.
