We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I had a match where two survivors died on the hook and two bled to death, and only the two hooks counted toward the "Execution" Tome challenge. I remember bleed-outs counting towards "kill by any means" challenges in the past.
(I'm playing on PS4, though I doubt that matters.)

Had the same happen on PC. Apparently "by any means" isn't all inclusive.
