bleed out timers and full team slugging
As you know the bleed out timer for when you are slugged is a total 4 minuets long which in a match where the killer is not maliciously slugging you and your teammates to death is an ample amount of time for your team to pick you up, position themselves to make a save or for the killer to find you and hook you.
the issue arises when the killer 'IS' maliciously slugging you and your teammates to death and those 4 minuets can feel like forever and in the current gaming environment where gamers have the attention spans of goldfish and are constantly looking for "the next BIG game" having players spend 4 minuets doing nothing is poor game design.
now I understand that slugging is not against the rules as survivors die eventually but when that "eventually" is almost as long as a DC penalty you have to admit that's not a good thing and there is a simple fix.
when all survivors remaining in the trial are in the dying state the bleed out timer is halved this way if the killer wants to bleed out all survivors it will take 2 minuets max for the last survivor to die but if the killer is just capitalising on survivors mistakes all they have to do is pick up a survivor and hook them so the timers will return to normal until that survivor is sacrificed giving the killer time to find the other slugs.
I believe that this would be a good step in the right direction to help make slugging feel less oppressive without actually affecting the overall strategy of slugging.

People who do this will just pick you up and drop you till the game auto wiggles you free of their grasp then turn around and just slug you again.
