Un-vault-able / Un-Droppable Pallets on Wretched Shop

The pallets along the main building on Wretched Shop cannot be vaulted from one side. You'll notice that I do not get a prompt to vault in the first clip. Attached is a video of the issue.
Video was recorded on PC (probably affects all platforms)
To reproduce: drop any of the pallets along the main building of Wretched Shop and try to vault from either side. One side will not be vault-able. Occurs every time.
Quick edit: Notice how my friend said he couldn't drop the pallet at first in the second clip. This bug probably affects the prompts you get from the pallets in some way. Updated title to include this.
