New player hints are not showing for survivors

Step 1 : Boot the game as a brand new player on PS5 (but playing the PS4 version of the game)
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : The hints that appear in the loading page do not show the new player any information about the killer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: Jeff
- Frequency of the issue - every time a new unplayed killer is in the game
