Slinger needs a buff to compensate for the nerfs

Slinger lacks map pressure, due to his low mobility. If this could be addressed I think most slinger mains would be fine with the tr changes.
In addition, ads was avoided due to the constant, directional warning sound survivors hear. My biggest concern about being forced to ads is dealing with that sound. If the warning could be changed to a single sound when the shot is ready that would be fine. Otherwise you're going to see most slingers start flickshot get, and I think we can all agree that clunky camera gimmicks are stupid.
