Developer update Part 2

First off, thank you for the hatch change. That was needed.

Why change deathslinger? why change spirit? they aren't over-performing, the survivors just don't think they're fun to face. Why don;t you tell the survivors this isn't called "Survive by Daylight".

Thank you for the plague changes, this should create some interesting gameplay.

Again, the average of perk changes is in survivor's favor. Always is. Even though, there are ~15 killer perks that are mostly useless. Monstrous Shrine? Insidious?

Boon totems... I have no idea what gave you the idea that this is a good idea. I don't see how you think this will be fair. The killer can only be in a few places at once. They can't be ######### around with 1-5 generators, 4 survivors, and 1-5 totems. This is absolutely ridiculous with the number of cooldowns we already deal with... it's crazy. Maybe this would work if you made all killers 5% faster, but I don't see you guys doing anything like that.

Overall, though, this update is the same old stuff. You officially have every competitive killer on a leash. I don't get it... When you change killers, you're nerfing one thing to buff another, OR you're fixing a problem that's been around for years. The plague, and trapper are good examples of things that should have been done long long long ago.

However, while doing this you continue to just increase survivor power without nerfing much else. You never give their crazy perks nerfs, you;ve just been buffing them. While many, if not most, killer perks released in the past year or two, has 2-3 conditions on it: 60 second cooldown, basic attack only on friday while facing north, while within 12m of a pallet. Then, only after a year: "We were playing this safe, time to make the content you purchased worth using."

Someone used to say on here that you're on the same path as Gwent. I read about it, and CDPR focused on bringing in casuals for microtransactions which ruined the balance of the game, making it unfun, which alienated their core playerbase. Are you guys not doing the same thing?
