Huntress Wind Up Animation Glitch(?)

I'm on PC, but this happens on all platforms (unsure about mobile)
When you wind up huntresses hatchet, her arm will flick back as if it's fully wound up after about half a second.
It looks pretty odd, and I assume this is a glitch because beforehand, her hand would steady before being fully wound up.
I first noticed this sometime after the 4.5.0 patch rolled out, and it happens every time you wind up, even with wind up addons.
