[Game Breaking] Generator and totems blocked

This occurs on DbD PC on any platform.
Issue:
Generators and totems slots can't be used. Sometimes it ends up, that single generator can never be repaired or a hex totem can't be cleansed.
Steps to reproduce:
It happens, when a survivor or killer spawns on a generator/totem slot. For example, I spawn next to a 4 gen. Then there where I stand, the generator slot is not usable anymore for the rest of the game. So only 3 people can repair this gen.
How often:
Everytime.
