Nurse Fatigue Bug

Nurse can sometimes have a longer fatigue than normal.
No sure the cause, but this time it was shortly after sacrificing a survivor and the animation was still playing.
This example shows two single blinks with one having the normal 2 seconds and the other lasting 3 seconds.
