Chest in Clocktower on Midwich not accessible

Description of the Issue: The Chest in the Clocktower on Midwich was not accessible during End Game Collapse. We went against an AFK-Killer, so I wanted to check if the Tower is open and loot the chest, however, I was not able to interact with it.
Steps to reproduce: Do the respective Generators, start EGC, check said Chest.
How often does this occur: Happened exactly once so far, only tested it once.
