I Want to Be Able to Unhook Players as the Killer

I understand that at first glance that sounds like I just want to rapidly hook and unhook one person just for a faster kill, but that's not actually my goal here. There have been a number of times where I had planned on mori'ing or sparing a survivor after they got saved, but then they never got saved. Additionally, nothing would be more entertaining than seeing a survivor rush a hook with Borrowed Time only for the killer to just grab their friend and walk away.

My proposal is simple, the killer can unhook survivors back onto their shoulder, however, upon re-hooking them instead of the survivor changing hook stage they simply resume at whatever stage they were at. Just a humble request from a fan that appreciates more opportunities

    Bps should be locked for a period of time after unhooking to prevent the farm.

    hmm or maybe after unhooking the survivor the killer breaks the current hook by accident and has to carry him to the nearest hook. im thinking an animation where the killer just grabs the survivor viciously then rips them off the hook tearing the the structure down or the killer just slashing the hook off and dropping he survivor into the dying state. though this might be abused in the basements because those are indestructible but maybe the killer could break basement hooks.

    pros for killer

    survivors die faster and camping isn't needed
    gives killer a thing to do rather than searching around for hookrushing survivors
    gives hangmans trick an unintentional second life

    cons
    survivors have a better chance of escape
    breaks hooks you may need later
    survivors will just sabatoge the second nearest hook
    boil over and deciesive strike will be more useful and annoying

    I dont have anything against such an idea.

    However this would be a lot of effort to implement (animations and all that stuff) for a basically "useless" feature
