“Party Creation Failed” Glitch whenever I try to play as a survivor.

This glitch has happened for the past week. Whenever I click “Play as survivor” it will load for a couple of seconds as usual but then a pop up will come saying “Party Creation Failed”. This stops me from entering the survivor lobby, it also happens with killer. Normally I would close the game down and it would work after the first time but it hasn’t worked at all after at least rebooting 4 times. I haven’t seen this occur with anybody else at all.
