Item loss bug

For the past couple of days, when finding a new item and successfully escaping with it, (or sometimes even bringing your own item), it will say you escaped with it. Then it will not appear in your inventory after the match. Henceforth getting rid of your item as if you never had it. This has happened to me last night and today. I have successfully escaped with 1 green flashlight a match in my hands fully charged, and in the leaderboard screen it says i gained it. But upon going to the inventory on the lobby it isnt present. I play on the ps4/ps5 addition of the game.
