PC/XBOX- Totem cannot be cleansed (Hospital/Léry's Memorial Institute)

One of the totems cannot be cleansed in Léry's Memorial Institute, our entire team tried cleansing it and none of our clients could. No prompt showed up, and trying to press activate did nothing either
The active hex was ruin, and we cleansed a haunted ground at the beginning of the trial

Happened to me couple of times, too. Really frustrating. Especially when it's Hex totem
