Surge (Jolt) blows up a generator even with survivors working on it.

This is on PC,

While playing a game of survivor against Ghost Face, I was working on a gen with a second person when the killer downed a survivor pretty close by. Surge went off, however it simply blew up the gen and did not give any skill check. It did not even regress any progress. Just wanted to log this issue with Surge (soon Jolt).
