Coal Tower Boom Totem Unsnuffable And Brown Med Kit won't heal completely (PS5)

There's a Totem location inside the Coal Tower on the bottom floor near a breakable wall that cannot be interacted with as Killer. I played as Trickster and couldn't cleanse it the entire match.
Also twice I' ve tried to heal myself with Mikaela using a brown med kit with Brown Rubber Gloves + Butterfly Tape and twice ive not been able to fully heal myself even with great skill checks. I've not missed any skill checks either. A Brown med kit was always able to fully heal one state provided one didn't miss any skill checks.

Same here. It *appears* to fully heal on the bar, but in fact a tiny sliver of the health bar remains untouched. Lost a couple games because of it.
