We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I was getting mori'd as Nea with the new blight head and the jacket top on Dead Dawg, and my character would come in and out in flashes. She was not really present for the mori. I've pasted the clip from my Twitter.
