Coal Tower Unsnuffable Boon totem

On the map coal tower there was a boon totem that I wasn't able to snuffed
this totem spot in the main building wasn't able to be snuffed I moved around it for a good 10 seconds and even broke the wall to see if that would make it more accessible but the prompt never showed up
Steps to reproduce,
Have a totem spawn in this location
Bless it
Try to snuff it as killer
This probably occurs every single time with this spot but I can't say whether its will all killers or not since it only happened while I was playing deathslinger
