Time taken to bless totems should be in boon perk descriptions

Not a big deal but I’d be nice if the time it takes to bless a dull totem and the time it takes to bless a hex totem was added to the description of boon perks. If I hadn’t watch the most recent Q n A stream I would have no indication that it takes longer to bless a hex totem (hopefully it would be realized eventually)
