Pig reworked Iri add on is dumb
I thought what happened was that all the survivors start with traps on their heads and then you still have your 4 but NOPE it empties out your trap supply to put it on the survivors at the least needed part of that match that they should have them. It should do what I thought it did, have the survivors start with traps and still let you keep the extra four in your pocket

Empties your traps, plus it has an added nerf: doesn't kill them when the RBTs timer runs out.

It's an Iri addon they need to make a compromise. Give us our 4 traps or have traps be active at the beginning creating ACTUAL PRESSURE. Not "Ah well I'll do the trap along the way to gens"

I dunno, that might be kind of busted. This seems like it's probably a pretty decent addon to combine with others, like the Exhausted addon for survivors wearing traps, or the addon for revealing auras when survivors work on generators.
It's not the best iridescent addon in the game, but it fulfils the requirement of changing the playstyle and let's all remember that the floor is rock bottom for bad iri design. This one's passable.

It'd be fine if the traps were activated or if pig had four traps in addition to the starting inactive traps. It really sucks and MIGHT land you a single kill for the trial. It's better to keep your rbts on hand.

Survivors start the trial with RBT's already in place. Reduces the RBT's on hand by 50% (2 in her pocket).

Wasn't a good solution. The letter should have no downsides. I mean, Wraith has no downsides, he is even super fast and with the silent bell, the slower uncloak speed doesn't matter in most maps. Pig is slow and with the letter she only has one trap, max 2 with an addon.
Sure, you can use the letter and the tape, so you have at least 4 survivors with traps. But the traps do not start pinging until a gen is done and i m pretty sure, people just remove the traps, because they know, you don't have anymore or max 1.

I would argue it's definitely bottom 5, as IMO it's worse in all cases than no addons at all. Pig players utilising traps will have a decent idea as to how far gens are progressed, and will put hats on people when they know a gen will pop soon, putting an actual ticking clock on the survivor, forcing bad decisions. This addon not only removes the discretion as to when to put them on, but also puts them all on at the *worst possible time*, when every gen is at 0%. Even the early-game delay is marginal, as you can choose to either get the hat off or start pressuring gens, knowing that the threat level is nonexistent until a gen is actually completed, and that the pig used an addon slot already and therefore can't have any head-pop addon combos.

You can't use the letter with the tape. You'll end up with one survivor trapped at the beginning of the game, and no traps.
Let's be clear: the traps are being removed from Pig's inventory directly, sans scoring events. Go into a custom game as Pig with two survivor friends, and use the tape - you'll be down two traps, and have two in your inventory.

I completely agree. Its not even an add on, it does not add anything. It takes what you already have. Its a waste of slot
It loose all potential of the traps since they can search from the very beginning and wont have a fully activated traps. You better but 4 traps through the game while gens are poping
Its a fake slow down, they can spawn right to jogsaw boxes
They should keep her 4 traps. Its should be 8 traps in total and it is very not too oppresive dont forget traps can be removed in only 20 seconds
I hope they buff this a lot
