Generator NOT regressing with Ruin up

Never seen this before. This generator never regressed while Ruin was up. I checked on it multiple times during the match and it was in the same stuck animation each time. This also was the same case while Undying was still up as well. It was only this generator, all other generators on the map regressed normally during Ruin. On PS5.
