We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Pinhead Box Stuck On Third Floor of RPD Map/ Infinite Chain Hunt

Pinheads Box will spawn on the third floor of the RPD map after interacting with it once.
Step 1: Choose Pinhead
Step 2: Choose RPD Map
Step 3: Have Survivor pick up and solve the box after it first spawns when the match starts
The box should be on the third floor of the RPD map this has happened to me once, will come back to this thread to update because I will try and recreate it again myself in order to confirm the bug is true.
Here is a screenshot and the log of my session. In the screenshot I was on the second floor of the RPD map.

Are you sure the box didn't just spawn on the library balcony?
