We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

im reporting this bug on behalf of my boyfriend, he decided to play killer and when he was picking trapper, he has the items from the new rift but hasn’t purchased the rift nor has he leveled it up. Is he going to be charged? He didn’t pay for it.
